• Contests last for 30 days.
• One vote per IP Address per day is allowed by the system
• Maximum photo file size uploaded is 1 megabyte.
• All photos uploaded become the property of Hollywood Premier Pets (HPP) with a non-exclusive license to use the photo or image.
